Dr. Ken Wagner, founder of Daylight Advisory LLC, brings over 25 years of experience as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders. Specializing in behavioral science, leader development, strategy execution, and more, he unlocks potential and fosters extraordinary abilities in individuals and teams. With a global presence spanning 25 countries across six continents, Dr. Wagner has worked with diverse industries, from multinationals to boutique companies. His impactful career began in human services, positively influencing individuals with disabilities. Holding a Ph.D. in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology from Florida State University, Dr. Wagner resides in Florida, enjoying family time and activities like boating, kayaking, and soccer.
