In both of these roles his primary focus is creating a climate of excellence through optimizing individual’s talents and building a culture that embraces and accelerates their potential. He has built high performing teams by developing a precise system of human performance from talent acquisition through the succession planning process.

John has also help develop and execute large change initiatives including corporate mergers and acquisitions, cultural transformation and the development of new business opportunities. The guiding principle across all these projects was the impact of individual talent at all levels of the organization. He has also, participated in the negotiation of several agreements with national labor organizations.

His current work is focused on helping individuals and organizations achieve their performance vision through a customized Leading with Intention model developed with his Daylight Advisory colleagues.
