Behavior Alignment Roadmap

The roadmap links key leading & lagging metrics to business-critical behaviors, aligning those behaviors at each organizational level, to optimize focus & accelerate impact. It’s the ‘how to’ for achieving your strategic goals.

The Behavior Alignment Roadmap:

  • Creates alignment (by working backwards, we get better alignment among levels)
  • Identifies unique roles and responsibilities
  • Ensures people spend more time on the most effective strategies (consequence delivery)
  • Identifies behaviors closely linked to the metric, behaviors that support the next level, and more behaviors that serve as consequences

Customized Education

Customized Education

We will design, develop, and facilitate customized workshops, crafted to hone leadership skills and instill impactful behavioral change. With content informed by the Discovery and Diagnostics phase, we leverage a participant-centered approach to create dynamic and interactive sessions.

All sessions will include experiential learning, interactive discussions, large group, small group and individual activities.

Execution Support

Execution Support

We are committed to helping leaders build habits that transform the way they lead. We’ll provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support as they apply new skills in their day-to-day roles. This hands-on approach leads to quicker progress and greater impact. Our collaboration will emphasize the application and integration of the concepts and tools introduced during facilitated workshops.

We’ll meet face-to-face, online, or on the phone to:

  • Troubleshooting management challenges
  • Brainstorm ways that the tools of behavioral science can improve relationships and reduce effort
  • Provide guidance on positive influence strategies
  • Review the alignment and impact of organizational performance systems

 

Our work together may focus on:

  • How you show up as a leader (i.e., your executive presence) and how you can achieve greater influence in your current and future roles. We’ll discuss your career goals and aspirations, navigating internal politics and managing upwards. The emphasis is on you, your leadership brand, and your impact on others.
  • Managing others and tactical strategies to help others excel in their roles. The metrics for which you are accountable serve as the north star.

Internal Champion Development

Internal Champion Development

Developing internal capability will help sustain the outcomes achieved and create an infrastructure for ongoing innovation. We will prepare internal trainers to facilitate future workshops and internal coaches to support the ongoing change efforts.

Study of Advanced Topics

Candidates will review, discuss, and apply strategies related to advanced topics such as leadership and influence, behavioral science, generating buy-in, and organizational systems.

Train-the-Coach

We’ll partner with candidates to tackle real business challenges providing real-time observation and feedback.

Train-the-Trainer

We’ll prepare trainers to master key concepts, so they can effectively teach these to colleagues. We will co-facilitate and observe facilitation, providing feedback and guidance in real-time.
